Der HP Scanjet 7000n ist für managed SMB und Enterprises perfekt geeignert, vor allem wenn sie nicht auf Sicherheit, Leistung und Bedienkomfort verzichten möchten. Mit Hilfe des automatischen Duplexscan, Netzwerkfähigkeit und HP precision Feed Technologie zur Papierhandhabung steigern sie die Produktivität der Abteilung enorm. Scannen sie bis zu 40 Seiten/min und 80 Bilder/Minute. Wir empfehlen ein tägliches Scanvolumen von ca. 2.000 Seiten.
Sicherheitsfeatures (IPSec, SNMVPv3, SSL und Kerberos) garantieren zuverlässigen Datenschutz. Arbeiten Sie durch eine externe Tastatur direkt am Scanner um noch zusätzlich Zeit zu sparen. So müssen Sie Ihre Daten nicht an den PC senden. Sollten Sie dennoch die Daten auf Ihrem PC brauchen nutzen Sie einfach die Scan-to-Folder, Scan-to-USB-Stick oder Scan-to-Email Funkion.

HP Web Jetadmin stellt außerdem die relevanten Scannerinformationen (Fehlercodes, Stand der Verschleißteile, Gerätestatus, Scanwerkzähler) zur zentralen Geräteverwaltung bereit. Die Umweltfreundlichkeit des HP Scanjet 7000n ist mit den Energy Star belegt.
